Most of us will have a few empty bottles at home that you probably going to throw away soon (when you finally don’t feel lazy) BUT instead of throwing it away, here we will show you how you can actually recycle it into a ‘Tumblr-ish’ jewellery’s holder.

What you need:

  1. 3-4 plastic bottles (I recommend3 or 4 of it as more than that will cause it to be imbalance)

  2. One metal

  3. 6 to 8 hex nuts

  4. A 30cm long screw

  5. Spray paint of your choice (optional)

Steps of making the holder:

  1. Cut off the end of all the bottles

  2. Drill a hole in the middle of the bottles cut out.

  3. Take one of the cut out (bottom up) and insert the screw into the hole. Lock the end with a hex nut.

  4. Lock the top of the cut out with another hex nut to secure it so it doesn’t move around.

  5. Insert another hex nut about 10 cm away from the first cut out

  6. Insert another bottle cut out (this time round bottom’s down) and lock it with another hex nut.

  7. Repeat the same with the last cut out and secure it with the last hex nut.

  8. From here onward, you can choose to leave it that way or you can spray paint it to match the colour of your vanity table.

Remember the top of the bottles that we didn’t use, don’t throw it away! We can use it to store some of your groceries!

See! It’s not difficult to recycle and you can make use of all those plastic bottles that you want to throw away into something useful!
